Job Description
The Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support to the college through the efficient and effective reception and follow-up of enquiries from College staff, students, visitors and external agencies, and the facilitation of internal and external communications at the College.
- Meet and Greet visitors to the reception area in a professional manner
- Provide general administrative support, including word processing, note taking, filing routine correspondence, accessing email, etc.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail/record and post outgoing mail
- Provide a highest level of customer service to the College Students and visitors
- Answer all incoming calls in a timely professional manner and pass them on to the relevant department
- Ensure that all calls are routed to the correct resource on all occasions and all data are captured correctly
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information regarding the College programs and courses and following up with Admission staff
- Knowledge and skills :
- Must be accurate and pay close attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills and professional personal presentation.
- Knowledge of consumer service practices and principles.
- Bilingual (English & Arabic).
Job Requirements
- A Diploma is essential
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College/University is preferable
- 3-5 years work experience in a similar position
