Job Description

The Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support to the college through the efficient and effective reception and follow-up of enquiries from College staff, students, visitors and external agencies, and the facilitation of internal and external communications at the College.

  • Meet and Greet visitors to the reception area in a professional manner
  • Provide general administrative support, including word processing, note taking, filing routine correspondence, accessing email, etc.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail/record and post outgoing mail
  • Provide a highest level of customer service to the College Students and visitors
  • Answer all incoming calls in a timely professional manner and pass them on to the relevant department
  • Ensure that all calls are routed to the correct resource on all occasions and all data are captured correctly
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information regarding the College programs and courses and following up with Admission staff
  • Knowledge and skills :
  • Must be accurate and pay close attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills and professional personal presentation.
  • Knowledge of consumer service practices and principles.
  • Bilingual (English & Arabic).

Job Requirements

  • A Diploma is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College/University is preferable
  • 3-5 years work experience in a similar position
